Bottola AI sells digital goods — generation credits and subscription access — that are delivered to your account instantly upon payment. Because of this instant, irreversible delivery, all subscription and credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described below.
This is already built into the product, not something you need to request: if a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, 70% of the credits deducted for that attempt are automatically returned to your account as soon as the failure is detected — typically within seconds.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from Profile → Settings in the app. Doing so stops future billing, but does not refund the current billing period — you keep access and credits for the plan you already paid for until it expires.
We review the following on a case-by-case basis, even though they fall outside the general no-refund policy:
Contact us promptly if any of these apply — we can't guarantee resolution for reports made long after the charge occurred.
Refunds approved under an exceptional circumstance above are reviewed and processed manually by our support team. Once approved, the credit is returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, in line with SSLCommerz's standard settlement timelines. If you haven't received it after that window, please check with your bank or mobile financial service first, then contact us if it still hasn't posted.
For a billing question or one of the exceptional circumstances above, email support@bottola.ai with your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within a few business days.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
This policy describes Bottola AI's actual refund practices as of the date above and has not been reviewed by legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific consumer protection compliance; it should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal advice.
