Bottola AI sells and delivers digital goods and services only — generation credits, subscription access, and the AI-generated images, videos, and audio you create. There is no physical shipping, no courier, and no delivery address involved anywhere in the purchase or generation process.
When you buy a subscription or a credit top-up, payment is processed by SSLCommerz. As soon as SSLCommerz confirms your payment, our system automatically verifies and credits your account — typically within seconds of completing checkout. You'll see the new balance immediately in your Profile, along with a corresponding entry in your transaction history.
No manual approval step is required for a successful payment to be delivered. If a payment succeeds on SSLCommerz's end but you don't see the credits appear within a few minutes, see "Delivery Delays or Issues" below.
Submitting a prompt (image, video, or audio) queues a generation job. Most requests complete within seconds to a few minutes depending on the model and workflow; the app polls automatically and shows your result the moment it's ready — no separate download link or email is needed. Completed generations are stored in your account's history and remain available to view or download at any time, unless you delete them yourself.
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, 70% of the credits deducted for that attempt are automatically returned to your account — see our Refund Policy for details. This happens automatically; you don't need to request it.
Every image and video Bottola AI delivers has a C2PA Content Credentials manifest embedded directly in the file at the moment it's generated, disclosing that it is AI-generated content along with the model used and a generation timestamp. This is part of what you receive — no extra step is required on your part, and the credential travels with the file wherever it's downloaded or shared. Digital delivery is near-instant, but on rare occasions — a payment gateway hiccup, a queue backlog during high demand, or a network issue — credits or a completed generation may take longer than expected to appear. If this happens:
There is no physical tracking number, since nothing is shipped. Confirmation of delivery is your updated credit balance and transaction history inside the app, visible immediately after a successful payment or completed generation.
Bottola AI is available to anyone able to complete registration and payment through our supported methods. We don't currently restrict delivery by geographic location, since there is nothing to physically ship — access simply requires an internet connection and a supported payment method.
